Usually I do not write reviews, there is no time, but this agency deserves. The car was rented for the first time in 2010 at Plovdiv Airport and in 2015 in Sofia. Attitude is excellent, mail inquiries are quickly answered. At the airport, meet with a sign and registration takes 10 minutes. Immediately made a small deposit of $ 300 in cash, which was returned when you return the car. Our friends took the car at another agency, so they were blocked on the map 500 euros and returned them 2 weeks after arriving in Moscow. One of the company was supposed to fly away a week earlier, so we had no problems organizing a transfer from Bansko to Sofia (170 km). Prices for rental cars 2 times lower than Schengen. For example, the Astra wagon cost $ 270 for 2 weeks. In Italy, a wagon for Megan gave 600 euros for two weeks, while the Italian Sixt blocked 700 euros on the map and unlocked 2 weeks after arriving in Moscow. It is a pity that MOTOROADS do not work in Europe, but only in Bulgaria.

I have rented a car from MOTOROADS on several occations, Picking up at Plovdiv airport. good cars. I have never had any problems and the service has been very good. They have never been late. The people handing over the rental car have been very courteous and friendly. I go back to Plovdiv in September/October and I will be using them again. They are always cheaper than any other rental provider. I highly recommend this company.

The people who received us at the airport where very friendly and gave us a better car than the one we booked. We had no problems at all with this car, it was equipped with very good winter tyres and was very comfortable, so we are very satisfied with the service you provided!

The vecihle and member of staff were there as we came out of the arrivals terminal at Sofia airport. When we dropped the car off 10 days later the member of staff was there waiting for us at the airport. The paperwork was all ready. Car ran smoothly. Very good service.

I used MOTOROADS services in March of 2015. One of of the associates was waiting for me at the airport, I think his name was George, he was very helpful and the whole procedure took 15 min total! They even upgraded me for free without asking, which was a sign of curtesy rare for Bulgaria! They made it easy and everything was done professionally! Same thing when I returned the vehicle. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again
