We rent a Opel, but we got better car - Scoda Octavia, diesel (more economic, but enough powerful for Bulgarian mountain roads). Stuff was cool, everything was great :) We recommend!

Ordered a car at the airport of Burgas from July 8 to July 22, 2014. Everything is very good, met in the arrival area, passed the car. The machine is clean, in good condition. No problem in two weeks drove 1, 700 km. Passed a car also without problems, the company representative was waiting at the agreed time in the airport departure area.

Ordering the car on line was really easy with great choices and different options. It was the only site I could find (well easily) that allowed collection with a return to a different location. Really clear on the costs with absolutely no hidden charges. Good email communication prior to rental day, with MOTOROADS clear on the documentation it required. Picked up the car from Sofia airport with no trouble at all. The guy (Dimi) was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had requested a Renault Kangoo but was given a BMW estate. So I felt I got the better deal on that one! More boot space and more power at no extra cost. The collection of the cat from a private location also went smoothly with a phone call placed to me five minutes before collection - just letting me know that they were on route and close by! So so using MOTOROADS again!

Second time we have used Motor Roads and will use them again. Vehicles and staff are second to none. Prices are competitive. Friendly and professional to deal with.

When leaving the arrival area a specialist was waiting for us. Documents were issued quickly. The calculation is carried out through the terminal (plastic card). The car was in good condition. We have no complaints. Also, there were no problems with the return of the car. We use the services of this company is not the first time and are always satisfied.

Brilliant customer service upon pick up of the vehicale and prompt support with directions and payment methods. The team was friendly and helpful regardless of the late hour. The car has been working well throughout the whole period. There was even a follow-up call to reconfirm the return date. All happened on time and with a smile! Thank you, MOTOROADS team!

Perfect service! MOTOROADS welcomed us at Bourgas airport, all the paperwork was already prepared and it minimized time to collect the car. When we returned the car, they were already waiting for us at the airport parking. It took us max 5 min to get all done.
