This was a very easy booking and I had a couple of questions before booking to which I had a very fast reply and I went on to complete my booking. I was met at the airport by 2 people who showed me to the car which was different to the one I had booked but it suited my needs fully. I was given all the documents upon arrival and was able to leave a deposit in cash untill I returned the car which is very usefull if you dont have a credit card. I had planned a longer trip but had to return after a week so had to call the company to say I would return the car early which wasant a problem and they were most helpfull so car was reuturned and my deposit given back to me. I would highly recommend this car rental company if you are planning to go to bulgaria and I hope to book again myself very soon this month and look forward to another warm welcome. many thx for making everything smooth for my visit and I hope to see yoiu again soon.

Very prompt friendly service. We had a problem with a door not locking and we were supplied with a replacement car without any hassle.

The car I chose was very nice and clean. The service from the representative was also very good and he was very helpful. My contact with the office was also very good and they were very accommodating when I asked to change the return time of the car.

Good service and good communication. Rapid response to my questions by email. They waited at the airport in Sofia, although our flight was delayed by about 2 hours. Besides, I asked for the euro deposit to be returned to me, which was done. Thanks!

I join all the positive reviews. Planned to rent a car in Plovdiv. Due to the carelessness of the airline, the arrival was moved to Sofia. Within an hour, they renegotiated the transfer of rent to Sofia. Everything is operational. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service: upon arrival, we were met at the exit by Ivan (a very respectful and responsible employee), the whole procedure of contract registration took no more than 10 minutes We paid the remainder of the amount of the contract employee of the company, received the keys and documents and . . . Let`s go! They also returned the car quickly: an employee of the company examined the car, returned the deposit, we handed over the documents - the whole procedure took 2-3 minutes! On the next arrival in Bulgaria we will definitely turn to this company.
