All liked it! I ordered a car economy class for 2 days. Delivered the car to the hotel just in time. All the design took 5 minutes. I forgot about the navigator, called, brought in 30 minutes. The car is quite normal for AVEO). Ride around the country is nice, a lot of pointers. Only be careful with parking lots, do not leave in the wrong places, even at the hotel!

Message is: Very happy with the ease of booking on the website and the pickup of the vehicle (despite delayed flights). Most impressed with the completeness of the package offered (inc. 3 free drivers and insurance) - which feels a lot more professional that many of the other car rental companies based in Sofia. Didn`t seem like there were any hidden charges, which is a problem suffered by many of the competitor companies, and is a breath of fresh air to get a simple and final price.

I had very good experience by renting first time car from MOTOROADS. I was picked up by airport and the return found place in my hotel. Very appropriate service, I have already recommended the company and for sure will use them again by my next trip.

I used MOTOROADS services in March of 2015. One of of the associates was waiting for me at the airport, I think his name was George, he was very helpful and the whole procedure took 15 min total! They even upgraded me for free without asking, which was a sign of curtesy rare for Bulgaria! They made it easy and everything was done professionally! Same thing when I returned the vehicle. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again

The vecihle and member of staff were there as we came out of the arrivals terminal at Sofia airport. When we dropped the car off 10 days later the member of staff was there waiting for us at the airport. The paperwork was all ready. Car ran smoothly. Very good service.

The people who received us at the airport where very friendly and gave us a better car than the one we booked. We had no problems at all with this car, it was equipped with very good winter tyres and was very comfortable, so we are very satisfied with the service you provided!

I have rented a car from MOTOROADS on several occations, Picking up at Plovdiv airport. good cars. I have never had any problems and the service has been very good. They have never been late. The people handing over the rental car have been very courteous and friendly. I go back to Plovdiv in September/October and I will be using them again. They are always cheaper than any other rental provider. I highly recommend this company.
